    Just get yourself clients and that’s it.

    Never heard of any training courses. However you should realise there is very stiff competiton as most large companies are now using in-house speakers.

    The number one pre-requisite for becoming a motivational speaker is that you must be passionate about wanting to motivate others.
    To be good at anything, you must have the passion for it.
    Yes there are courses which can help you improve. I know of an organisation called Toastmasters. They are available all over the world, and you can find out if they are in your area at
