How is SCRUM related to a Web Application Tester?

it applies to both — it’s a development life cycle methodology and since testers and developers are key in development, it would of course apply to both. read up on it.
Scrum is a way of programming where the requirement documents are flexible. Basically the tester tells the programmer what to change and the programmer can do it without being confined only to what is in the requirements document.
Extreme programming I think is where multiple programmers work together one watches while the other codes and visa versa.
